Salam semua.. lama daku menyepi,.. xde apa2 saje je tp selalu bace dan diam di blog kwn2 semua..

Saya dah! Dan hasilnya.. it works! badan tak letih - baru je amalkan 3 hari.. thihihi
Period sy datang on CD23 padahal dah 3 bulan ni duk dtg pada CD32.. sebelum ni pun selalu CD28 tepat2.. bagusla dia dtg awal.. tidak menyebabkan daku tertanya2 ternanti2 dan ter ter ter yang lain

(Padahal pernah come across this thing masa zmn study lagi.. ada juga cuba, tapi masa tu keperluan utk mneghebatkan sistem bdn xde sbb mmg aktif sokmo.. muda lagi kan, haa skrg baru kau tau kan hehe)

Method of treatment
1. As you wake up in the morning before brushing teeth , drink 4 x 160ml glasses of water (alah 640ml lah senang! Sukatannya 1 botol mineral kecik (500 ml) dan tambahkan lagi dlm segelas air..)
2. Brush and clean the mouth but do not eat or drink anything for 45 minutes
3. After 45 minutes you may eat and drink as normal.
4. After 15 minutes of breakfast, lunch and dinner do not eat or drink anything for 2 hours
5. Those who are old or sick and are unable to drink 4 glasses of water at the beginning may commence by taking little water and gradually increase it to 4 glasses per day.
6. The above method of treatment will cure diseases of the sick and others can enjoy a healthy life.

Saya try amalkan juga ikut apa yg disebut di bawah, jaga time. Yang ni pun saya rasa penting sangat2.. sbb bila jaga betul2, perut akan rasa lega sgt2 (lepas mkn berat,  jgn mkn apa2 dan dalam masa 2jam ) I like! (Sebenarnya sunnah ni, cuma selama ni duk tunggu dalam 20min je pastu mkn dan mkn dan mknnn lagii) @ jam kejap je kawan2 kalau kita ada kje nak dibuat. Berdesup je rasa!

Maintaining good eating habits and time condition are very important for our bodies to absorb and get rid of unnecessary chemicals according to “schedule.” Because :

Evening at 9 – 11 PM : is the time for eliminating unnecessary/toxic chemicals (detoxification) from the antibody system (lymph nodes). This time duration should be spent by relaxing or listening to music. If during this time a housewife is still in an unrelaxed state such as washing the dishes or monitoring children doing their homework, this will have a negative impact on health.

Evening at 11pm – 1 am : is the detoxification process in the liver, and ideally should be done in a deep sleep state.

6. TB – 90 days
7. Arthritis patients should follow the above treatment only for 3 days in the 1st week, and from 2nd week onwards – daily.

It is nice to have a cup of cold drink after a meal. However, the cold water will solidify the oily stuff that you have just consumed. It will slow down the digestion. Once this “sludge” reacts with the acid, it will break down and be absorbed by the intestine faster than the solid food. It will line the intestine. Very soon, this will turn into fats and lead to cancer. It is best to drink hot soup or warm water after a meal.
